Terms of delivery

Delivery information

All our deliveries are carried out by royal mail and are sent using their "first class" service.

We operate a flat rate cost of shipping, so you only pay one low price regardless of how much you order.

UK delivery charges

1. •Orders for  our "home Delivery Service carry a fee of £1.99. 

2. •​All other orders  are charged £1.99  (Inc. vat) and are sent first class post (royal mail)

(3.*Orders for kits are free of charge  to the customer.

Orders placed before 4pm (mon-fri) will be sent the same day. Orders after 4pm will be sent the following day. Orders placed after 4pm on Friday will be sent the following Monday (except on bank holidays)

International delivery

Airmail - from £6.99 - estimated delivery time 5-7 working days from date of shipping.

For some high value orders, we can send them by a tracked service (royal mail air sure) to those countries where this service is available (see below)

European Union zones

Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Latvia, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Portugal, republic of Ireland, Spain and Sweden.

Non-European Union Zones

Andorra, Azores, Balearic islands, canary islands, Corsica, Faroe Islands, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Madeira, Monaco and Switzerland.
